Kisok Builder Platfrom
Project Overview
Kiosk Builder is a feature within NRT Technology’s TouchPoint platform that enables casino clients to control the design, configurations, and on-screen content of their self-service loyalty kiosks.
As part of a product enhancement effort, the Media Manager was updated to streamline asset organization and previewing, while also adding more advanced customization options, including the ability to target content to specific kiosks and schedule visual updates automatically.

Carousel Media Manager
Improved the Media Manager section by introducing user-friendly enhancements, including an infographic outlining where the images appear on the kiosk, clearer guidance on accepted file types and sizes, image thumbnails, and the ability to download previously uploaded assets.

Upgraded the Carousel section with more customization options, visual indicators for configured media images, and clearer instructional text to support a smoother user workflow.
Custom Display
Adding the ability to customize interval time by image as well as the ability to enable a start or end date.
Day of Week Schedule
Limit the days and times throughout the week when the media is displayed for highly targeted promotional content.
Exclusions
Media exclusion dates to hide media on a certain date.
Targeted Locations
Ability to display media on specific kiosk locations of choice.

Banner Media Manager
This file previously required manual upload to the kiosk and placement in a specific folder. The new enhancement enables upload through the Kiosk Builder platform and aligns with the updated Media Manager format.
